Our simple 5 Step Selling Process

Step 1

First you need to fill out our Start Selling form.  You’ll be asked some simple questions about yourself and your clothes.  We’ll email you back to confirm if we’re interested in buying from you.

Step 2

Next, we’ll ask you to send us a little more information and some photographs of your clothes.  You’ll need to weigh the clothes at this point too.  If you don’t have any scales, then don’t worry. Read our how to weigh your clothes page.

Step 3

This is where we’ll tell you how much we can pay you for your clothes.  We’ll send an email with our offer to you.  If you’re happy with the offer, we’ll place an order with you and move to the next step in the process.  If you’re not happy, then there’s no obligation to go ahead.

Step 4

If you do accept our offer, we’ll arrange a courier to come to your home (or workplace) and pick up the clothes on a day you’re going to be in.  We’ll pay for the courier, so you don’t have to.  You’ll need to securely bag up the clothes and print a label.  Here’s a list of what you need. We can help if you’ve got anything missing (for a small fee).

Step 5

After your clothes arrive with us, we’ll check them thoroughly and then pay what we owe you.  You can be paid via bank transfer, PayPal or in store credit (you’ll be paid 25% extra if you choose store credit).

Please note: due to Coronavirus, we are currently keeping all deliveries in quarantine for 7-days after they arrive.  This means the checking and payment step will be delayed.  This is to protect ourselves and our customers.

We’re really reliable. We’re a small, family-run business and we don’t let our customers or suppliers down.  We’re rated 5-stars by our customers on Facebook for that very reason!

Your clothes will need to meet our Quality Standards

All the clothes you send to us will need to be in good condition. We won’t pay you for any items you send that don’t meet our Quality Standards.

We can help if you haven't got everything you need

Please read the list of everything you’ll need in order to send us your clothes. If you don’t have everything, don’t worry, we can send most things to you for a small fee.

You need to have at least 4kg of clothes to sell

To make the numbers add up for us, you’ll need to have at least 4kg of clothes to sell.  Otherwise it’s too expensive for us to get them collected.  Here’s how to weigh your clothes.

We only buy certain sizes of clothes

We buy all brands of boys and girls clothes from baby sizes up to 7-8 years.  We don’t buy larger sizes.  If you send us sizes we didn’t agree to buy, we’ll pay you less or won’t pay you at all for them.
